Can I Get My Licence Back Early?

If you have been disqualified for more than two years, you may apply to the Court for the early removal of the disqualification.

If the disqualification is less than four years, you may apply 2 years after the date of disqualification.

If the disqualification is for more than 4 years but less than ten years, application may be made after half the period of disqualification has been completed.

In any other case, application may be made 5 years after the date of disqualification.

When considering an application for early removal of a disqualification, the court will take into account the following;-

Your Character and conduct since the disqualification was imposed.

The Nature of the offences which led to the disqualification

Any other relevant circumstances.
