Who Are We?

As part of Bird & Co Solicitors LLP with multiple offices in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, we have a very experienced legal team.

A1 Road Traffic Lawyers are members of The Law Society practising law in both the Magistrates and Crown Courts.

All of our team are qualified Solicitors or Barristers and Accredited Criminal Practionners with the Law Society.

Christopher Milligan

Christopher originally qualified as a Barrister and qualified as a Solicitor over ten years ago. He has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Criminal Law and in particular with regard to motoring offences.

Christopher appreciates the importance of combining that knowledge with an appreciation of client care, particuarly where a driver faces the daunting prospect of disqualification.

Stuart Wild

Stuart was admitted as a Solicitor of The Supreme Court in February 1996 having qualified as a Solicitor in 1995.

Having previously been a partner of a South Lincolnshire Firm, Stuart has a wealth of knowledge in Road Traffic Legislation having represented both private clients and Large Haulage firms alike.

Christopher Pye-Smith

Christopher qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and is widely renowned for his tenacity in particular defending Alcohol related offences. Christopher has defended clients the length and breadth of the country with huge success.
